Core Position of the Assembly

The eccentric sleeve assembly is the core transmission and force transfer component of the HPL Series cone crushers, directly determining the equipment's crushing efficiency, operational stability, and service life. Through eccentric motion, it drives the crushing cone to perform oscillating movement, forming periodic changes in the crushing chamber volume to achieve laminated crushing of materials. As the key hub connecting motor power and crushing operations, it is suitable for medium and fine crushing working conditions of all HPL Series models (including core models such as HPL500).

  • Eccentric Sleeve Body: Adopts an integrated cast steel structure with built-in copper sleeve installation grooves and lubricating oil channels, and an externally designed transmission gear meshing surface to ensure precise and efficient power transmission.

  • Copper Bushings (Shaft Bearings): Equipped with sliding bearings made of tin bronze/lead bronze, divided into main shaft copper bushings and spherical copper bushings, featuring excellent wear resistance and friction reduction performance, suitable for heavy-load and high-speed operation scenarios.

  • Transmission Gear: Forged from high-strength alloy steel and subjected to carburizing and quenching treatment, with high tooth surface precision and strong load-bearing capacity, achieving precise meshing with the motor transmission system.

  • Sealing Assembly: Includes dust rings, oil seals, and sealing rings, made of polyurethane/nitrile rubber. Cooperating with the equipment's overall dustproof system, it prevents dust intrusion and lubricating oil leakage.

  • Lubrication Requirements: Use 32#/46# anti-wear hydraulic oil and regularly replace the lubricating oil filter element (recommended every 3000 operating hours) to ensure unobstructed oil circuits.

  • Replacement Cycle: Under normal working conditions, the service life of the eccentric sleeve body is ≥8000 hours, and the replacement cycle of copper bushings is 6000-8000 hours, which can be adjusted according to material hardness and operating load.

  • Replacement Specifications: During replacement, calibrate the eccentricity and gear meshing clearance to ensure assembly precision. After replacement, run the equipment idly for 5-10 minutes before feeding materials if no abnormalities are detected.
